.The traditional vedic method of making bilona ghee is quite elaborate. First Cow milk is boiled and cooled in earthen pots. Then a spoonful of curd is added to this milk and kept at room temperature in earthen pots overnight. The curd is then churned by a clockwise & anti-clockwise bi-directional bilona machine in earthen pots to extract butter from it. This butter is then boiled in earthen pots on mild cow dung cake fire so that the water evaporates leaving behind pure nutritious ghee. CRUETLY-FREE PROCURMENT • Our milk is naturally procured from forest grazing cattle that graze freely, openly and are raised healthily on a Forest. None of our cattle are tied up. • So Almost all type of ayurvedic medicinal herbs like shankhpushpi, ajwain, shatavari, ashwagandha are included in cattle daily feed. • Milk isn’t forced from the cow and is extracted only after the calf has had sufficient milk. • Therefore milk of this cow are more auspicious and nutritious then normal feeding cattle. • This pure ghee is made from the milk of desi grass fed cows majorly Hallikar. Highest quality A2 milk is collected and set to curd in traditional mud pots. The nutrient rich curd is then traditionally hand churned with Bilona Method to extract fresh makkhan. To obtain 1L of ghee it takes 22L of A2 milk. It is good for everyday cooking, puja purpose, kids and weight loss.
